Cangshan Cutlery is an award-winning knife company.  Their founder Henry Liu has created a unique line of cutlery that merges Western and Asian styles into a dynamic and exciting new cutlery brand.  Their knives are made in "Yangjiang China, where cutlery has been a tradition for over 1500 years".  JK Adams is proud to introduce the Cangshan Oliv line to our assortment.
