We stand by our product. Our goods come to you with a one hundred (100%) percent satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged item, or find a manufacturer's defect on a JK Adams product, we will replace it.

If the item is no longer in our line, we may replace the product with a product of comparable features and benefits. Engraved boards, which are eligible for a replacement, will be given the opportunity to choose a replacement engraving from JK Adams’ current personalization offerings. Our boards are resold by companies that have their own artwork that we are
unable to recreate for a replacement board.
