Cangshan's Oliv3 Piece Cheese Knife Set includes the essential knives for a charcuterie board with many different types of cheeses. The Soft Cheese Knife has holes that release a soft creamy cheese from the blade. The pronged tip is used for transferring a slice of cheese to your plate. This knife is best suited for brie, feta, and chevre. The hard cheese knife has a rounded edge that helps to rock the blade back and forth as you are cutting hard cheeses like cheddar, gouda and Swiss. The parmesan knife's tip is used for chunking off bits of hard, crumbly cheese like parmesan and asiago. The blade will easily slice through the cheese for a more uniform slice. They are handcrafted of German steel with a full tang.
