Standard delivery orders ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for non-personalized items. For Personalized items please allow 10-14 additional business days for processing before your order will ship. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified via email.

Orders will ship via UPS whenever possible. Select items may go via another carrier depending on size and address, at JK Adams' discretion. You will receive an email when your order ships with the tracking information.

Retail orders at $99 and above are eligible for free shipping, per shipping address. When applicable free shipping at $99 is calculated after a discount has been deducted from the total.

Fed Ex Expedited Shipping is not available at this time. We are only shipping via Ground until further notice.

"Standard Shipping" rates in the chart below are for delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states via UPS or USPS standard delivery. Our Standard Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order shipped to an individual shipping address. For orders with multiple shipping addresses, Standard Shipping is charged based on the purchase-amount shipped to each address. The value of your order is the amount after any discounts are applied. On purchases of $99 or more (per address), Standard Shipping is free of charge, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Our "Standard Shipping" services and rates are applicable to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (see rate information above.) We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories -- for these destinations, actual shipping costs are calculated and provided to you at checkout before placing your order. For International Orders, please see below.

For standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii there is a flat rate charge of $75.00 for orders up to $300.00. At our discretion we will refund the difference in shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska. Our products are heavy and cost a lot to ship. JK Adams sells our products to specialty retailers across the country and can be found in many specialty shops in the United States.

We do not currently ship out of the United States.

Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged. Email web@jkadams.com details of your damaged order and pictures of the package and damaged contents. Or call 1-866-362-4422 and we will process a claim via the shipping method that was used and resend your order. All packaging is required in the result that an inspection is required via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

All orders will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
