Returns

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. Whether buying from us as a retail or wholesale customer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your JK Adams purchase and experience.

JK Adams products are made from natural materials-wood, slate and marble. JK Adams products will have color variations that occur naturally in the product. We do our best to show a true representation of the color, shape and dimensions of our products.

Retail Returns

All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. Customer returns will be refunded, with an original receipt, in the original form of payment. Please note that returns must be in new and unused condition for a refund. Items will not be refunded if they arrive damaged due to improper packaging. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charges.

Items that cannot be returned included monogrammed and/or personalized items and special orders. Clearance items are a final sale and are not eligible for return.

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Damaged, missing or lost packages please contact web@jkadams.com for a resolution.

A free gift with purchase retail price may be deducted from price of qualifying product in the event of a return.

A jkadams.com return cannot be processed immediately in our retail store because our retail staff does not have access to your web order and payment details. A customer may drop a jkadams.com item off for return at our retail store to be processed within 3-5 days.

Simply follow the steps on your screen to print your return label. You will be provided with a list of your local drop off points. Please allow 3-5 days upon receipt for your return to be processed.

Returns may take 3-5 days for the return to be processed. All returns are refunded in the original form of payment.

JK ADAMS Products Purchased from Another Retailer

JK Adams proudly sells our products to thousands of retailers around the world. We cannot accept returns on any of our products that have not been purchased from JK Adams directly. If you need to return a JK Adams product that was purchased from one of our wholesale partners, you will need to process your return directly with the company that the original purchase was made.

Wholesale Returns

Please call our wholesale department at 800-451-6118 for authorization prior to shipping a wholesale return. Returns for other than defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be sent prepaid.

The JK Adams standard is that all goods are guaranteed to satisfy the wholesale customer and the end user.

If a product should arrive damaged a replacement product will be shipped at no charge.

JK Adams accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer's failure to comply with the carrier's delivery conditions. If the carrier must return the shipment to JK Adams, the customer will be liable for all shipping charges.
