Description
Plymouth Artisan Cheese Hunter Cheddar has been aged for 2 years to create a truly sharp cheddar cheese. During the aging process the cheese becomes drier and crumbly and it creates a crystallization in the cheese. Hunter Cheddar is the flavor preferred by Vermonter's for it's rich depth of flavor. The cheese is made from raw milk in Plymouth, Vermont.
