Description

Crafted in the Knife capital of the world—Thiers, France—the Santoku is forged by a 5th generation bladesmith and hardened with nitrogen gas. Its design combines German blades’ utilitarianism with Japanese knives’ precision.

Instead of being cheaply welded together, all of Made In's Knives are full tang and fully forged, meaning they are crafted from a single rod of stainless steel that extends from tip to handle—resulting in sharper, perfectly balanced blades.

With a rounded tip and a straighter blade profile, the Santoku lets you use the entire width of the blade to make quick, downward cuts. 28 individual flutes keep ingredients from sticking to your blade, so you can prep meat, vegetables, or fish with maximum precision. Discover why the versatile Santoku is essential in both restaurants and home kitchens.
