The world famous Cold Hollow Cider Mill of Waterbury, VT has taken the recipe for their award- winning cider donuts and created a mix that you can make at home. The only things needed are cider, hot oil and a donut cutter. "Tips: -Don't mess with the mixer! Thoroughly knead the dough with your hands -Like them fluffier? Add 1/2tsp-1tsp baking powder and allow to rest for 10 minutes. 24 oz. bag-makes 30 donuts."
